Q: How do I place my order?
A: To place your order all you need to do is add the items you wish to order to your cart along with all the information you can fill out in the order form.
 Then complete the checkout process.
Once I receive your order I will be in contact within 24 hours to get any more information I might need.
 
Q: Do my invitations come with envelopes?
A: Yes. All invitations come with a plane white envelope, if your items are having guests names printed on them I will also print the addresses on the envelopes along with your return address on the back. All Reply cards come with an envelope with your return address printed on them.
 
Q: How long will my order take?
A: All orders will be proccessed within a week of recived payment.
 
 
Q: What if I don't see exactly what I want?
A: A lot of the invitations are available in many different colours and this can change how a design looks quite dramatically,
I can show you what they will look like. If you still don't see anything just right I am always happy to alter the design or design something for you.
If you already have some ideas you can email me pictures of what you like so I can design something perfect for you.
 
Q: Will I get to see the invitation before you start work?
Q: Yes, I will always email you a proof of your order for you to approve before I start to produce your order.
Please make sure everything is correct on the proof including spelling as once the proof is approved it cannot be changed.
 
Q: How do I give you my guest list?
A: Once I receive your order you can email me your guest list. You can download the Excel template here.
Fill out your list then email it to me.
 
 
Q: What sort of photos do you need and how do I get them to you?
A: The best file for photos are JPEG files. The original file size is best as once they are re sized photos loose quality.
A good size can range from 400kb upward.
 If you don't have the original size photo Send me the biggest file you have of the photos that you would like to use and I will see what I can do for you.
All you will need to do is attach the files to an email for me, when sending large files (1mb and upward) you may wish to send them individualy rather than attach them all to the one email.
 
Q: I would love the photo in black and white can you do that for me?
A: Yes I can make changes to your photos like making them black and white as well as optimizing the photo for printing 
This is all done for you at no extra cost.
 
Q: Can I use professional photos?
A: No, not unless you have purchased the copyright off the photographer or you have a signed consent to use the photos as doing so without permission is breaking copyright laws.
 
Q: Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
A: If you have approved the proof of your order then no refunds will be given. Please order carefully.
 
Q: I have received my order and there is a mistake, will you replace them?
A: Please check the proof that is sent carefully, this is exactly how you items will print.
Once you approve the proof I accept no responsibility for mistakes.
However if there is a mistake I will re print them at 60% of the original price.
